ALTHOUGH much coveted white, not a few women who choose to tan leather. If you are interested to follow, in this way can be tried.

Eggs
Egg yolks are rich in vitamin A. Eat once or twice a week. Eggs are also rich in minerals that refresh and revive skin.

Water
Drink several glasses of water every day to keep skin moist, elastic, and not dry.
